How do i process a return?
By messaging us your concern with the product and the reason that you would like to process a return. When we get back to you we will reply back to you regarding your concern
What is your return policy?
We only process returns that are under a 30 day policy and with NO defects. Please allow up to 15 days for your return to be processed.
Do you pay for the shipping fee when I return an item?
Unfortunately, no. If customers would like to return an item, they would have to purchase their own return label either with USPS or UPS.
What is your return policy for in-store?
We can only process a return with no defects and is under a 30 day policy.
General Shipping
How long does shipping take?
Shipping usually takes usually 3-8 days depending on what day you may order out of the week. Sometimes it may be longer, and if it is, we contact you right away.
Do we offer gift wrapping?
Yes we do! You can request this in checkout.
I accidentally placed an order, can I cancel?
We will gladly cancel your order, but if it has been shipped. We cannot do much after that unless you send it back and we will pay for shipping, as long as you provide us the shipping information and total.
I just placed an order, how will it be shipped?
All of our orders are shipped via USPS or UPS.
Do you offer expedited shipping?
No. Over time once we expand our business, we will start offering expedited shipping.
In-Store Pickup
We offer in store pick up, which you may select when checking out.
Discounts and Promos
I have a discount code, how do I apply that to my order?
You can apply your discount code at checkout.
My item came with a defect, how do i go about this?
Most items come with slight imperfections since they are handmade and not made by machine. If an item comes damaged, we assure you that we do not send defected items. Most of the time the items are mistreated during shipping which causes these small defects.
